RestroAI is offered on an early-access basis. Features may change, and availability and pricing are confirmed directly with each restaurant partner. We may add, modify, or remove functionality as the product develops.
2. Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to disrupt their normal operation.
- You will not access the Services through unauthorized means or reverse-engineer them.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you connect or upload.
3. Your data and accounts
You retain ownership of the restaurant data you provide. You grant RestroAI a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
RestroAI, the Orby assistant, the Profit Command Center, and all related software, branding, and content are owned by RestroAI and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Disclaimers
The Services provide operational recommendations and forecasts to assist decision-making; they do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestroAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
