• Restaurant operational data. If you connect RestroAI to your systems (POS, inventory, delivery, payments, or accounting tools), we process the operational data needed to generate forecasts, waste predictions, procurement guidance, and owner insights.
• Usage and device data. We collect standard analytics such as pages visited, referral source, browser, and device type to understand and improve the product.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the RestroAI platform and website.
• To respond to waitlist sign-ups, demo requests, and support enquiries.
• To generate the forecasts, alerts, and recommendations that are the core of the product.
• To send product updates and early-access communications (you can opt out anytime).
• To detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run RestroAI (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where required by law.
